Healthy Berry Orange Smoothie

Almond milk
Greek yogurt
Frozen berries
Truvia (optional)
Chia seeds (optional)

Smoothies are a great after-workout snack or if you're feeling fruity... <--- haha.. in more ways than one. ;)
There are so many options.. Kale. Spinach. Chia seeds. Honey. Yogurt. & an endless amount of fruit/vegtables! 
I don't have any specific measurements I go by... just by taste. 

Apples, oranges, and bananas make smoothies sweeter if you have a sweet tooth, like I do.
